Please allow 14–28 business days for your order to be processed and delivered based on our custom blonding timeline. All orders REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Exchanges (Management Approval Required)
In rare cases and upon management approval only, exchanges may be permitted under the following conditions:

• You must contact us within 3 business days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition
• Hair must be returned in original packaging with all ties intact
• Exchange must be for the same purchase price

Exchange Fees

• A $20 restocking fee applies to all approved exchanges
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

Requests that do not meet these requirements will not be approved.
